Good Work Assembly - Christmas 2007

The end of term Good Work Assembly was so well attended we had difficulty fitting everyone into the hall.
The children from each class shared the work they were proud of, including legends, poems, singing, art work and musical achievements.

The sports certificates were given out for football, rugby, cross country running and children showed their medals for other sports done outside school.

Attendance certificates were awarded to a large number of children who had been at school every day since September.
Finally, we said goodbye to Mrs Foyle, our fabulous secretary, who has left to re-join Nether Stowey School. We wish her every happiness in her new job.

We were also able to see the front page of the Gazette nativity supplement, where Lydeard St Lawrence had a full front page picture!

A lovely end to a busy and happy term.
